How do I make purchase on nRoutes?
You can make purchases using the following:
- Credit Card (Visa / Master Card)
- Debit Card (All leading bank debit cards)
- Netbanking (All leading banks)
You can also opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on nRoutes
Are there any charges when I make a payment on nRoutes?
We do not levy any hidden charges on your orders, we provide free shipping on all our products and also don’t charge any additional money on choosing a particular payment mode.
How do I choose Payment mode while placing order on nRoutes?
After you have made your choice of products, add them to your cart. Hit proceed to checkout. When prompted choose a Payment option which suits you. Click on Place order. Once confirmed you will receive a confirmation message on your screen.
In case of pre-paid orders via Credit Card, Debit Card or Net-banking, your order will be processed immediately. If you choose to pay via COD (Cash on Delivery) you will receive a confirmation call before processing your order. You will be required to make a Cash payment to our courier partner, only at the time of the delivery.
Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on nRoutes?
Yes, shopping at nRoutes is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments on nRoutes are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks.
Furthermore, the Banks ask you to enter an online password or OTP which acts as an additional layer of security for your card transaction. This password is not printed anywhere on the card and is known only to you, giving you the added assurance that only you can use your card to make purchases on the Internet. This makes your online transaction on nRoutes extremely safe and secure.

When will my nRoutes order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. For orders within Mumbai, we process and ship orders within 4 hours. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
When will I receive my Order?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. In Mumbai you will be able to receive your order within 4-5 days of placing it on our websites. In case of outside Mumbai shipments kindly give us at least 9-10 days till you receive your order.
What should I do if I find my product is opened or tampered with?
If you feel the package has been opened or tampered, do not accept it from the courier and Call us immediately on +91-9930819456
How do I track my order?
All nRoutes orders are delivered through reputed courier partners. You will be provided with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners
I’d like to return something I bought. What’s the procedure?
We understand you may change your mind about our product, so we are happy to offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked return policy (with full refund or Gift Card) for unused and unworn bags that still have the tag attached. We hope you understand that due to hygienic purposes we do not offer replacement for fashion and jewellery product. But we will definetly help you if you recieve a defective or damaged jewellery, but please got intiate such reuqest within 2 days for delivery. If you have paid by Cash on Delivery, then we will get in touch with you for your bank details in order to process the refund or you could opt for Gift card, which will be issued immediately and same can be used to shop on nRoutes.in. If you have paid by Credit card/Debit card/Netbanking, then your payment will be automatically reversed. Please allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund. Your return shipping charges will be free if you choose to use our logistics partners. Please ensure that you keep all the packaging along with the invoice ready when our logistic partner comes for a pick-up.
How will I know if you’ve received my return package?
Once you send us your parcel, we will notify you about receiving the same. After doing the intial quality checks with the product we will immediately initiate your refund or Gift Card (whichever you chose to opt for). We would request you to allow us at least 2 weeks to proceed with your refund. We will ensure that you are kept informed regarding the updates.
Do you provide warranty or guarantee for the products sold on nRoutes?
At nRoutes, our prime concern is the quality of the product, we take special efforts in handpicking only good quality products for you. For our product lines however, there are no manufacturer's warranty - and it is just like buying a product from a shopping mall or from local shops.
Does nRoutes deliver internationally?
nRoutes does not deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the delivery address is within India.
Is there a difference between what I see and what I buy?
At nRoutes, what you see is what you get. We strive for perfection in representing our products the way they are. However there may be instances where product colour may vary slightly due to photographic effects or your monitor settings. Additionally please note that the props used in some photographs are not for sale and the styling is only representative.
